New build development consisting of 29 new flats contained in seven blocks for residents aged over 55. The development is two storeys high and of timber kit construction with facing brick and masonry stair cores. The blocks are arranged around a private courtyard containing parking and landscaped communal areas. Two of the flats will be allocated for residents who use wheelchairs.
The project was designed by Anderson Bell & Christie to achieve Ecohomes rating, incorporating photovoltaic solar panels and heat recovery ventilation systems that allow fresh are into homes whilst preventing heat from escaping.
