New 7 storey circular residential tower (Foley House) containing 14, two and three bed homes. Utilising load-bearing masonry construction designed for progressive collapse. Quoted as one of Europe’s most energy efficient social housing projects. Featured wide cavities of 300mm as part of the external block wall construction. RIBA Award in June 2005.
